If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson.

We are a very busy school and we try to book lessons at times convenient to accommodate all our students, However, once booked our instructors cannot book anyone else in. For this reason, it is only fair and reasonable that (except for extraordinary circumstances) if you cancel within (24 hrs for a weekday lesson or 48 hrs for a weekend lesson) you will be charged for the full length of that driving lesson. If you cancel before this time, you will not be charged.

Please note we do not accept cancellation/rescheduling text messages after 7 pm daily.
